In a few words, Engineering Psychology is a part of Ergonomics and it studies the relationship between humans and machines to ameliorate and facilitate the former's lives. It is a program that is not widely known and therefore not offered in many Post-Secondary Schools. In fact the only one I saw offering such a program is Georgia Tech:
